Which hosting plan should I choose?
Our plans primarily differ in terms of the number of hosted websites, disk space, and traffic features. Therefore, when making your choice, you can take into consideration the number of web hosting sites, disk space, and traffic factors you need. All other features are consistently available in all of our web hosting plans, regardless of the chosen plan.
Do you assist with website migration, and how does the migration process work?
Yes, we provide free migration support for all our web hosting services. All you need to do is request support through our website after completing the purchase process. Our team will ask for the necessary information for your migration and promptly carry out the process. Please note that depending on the technologies used on your website, migration may not be entirely successful due to differences between servers (For example: using a very old version of PHP that is incompatible with newer PHP versions. For the security of our customers, we keep PHP versions up to date, and very old versions are removed to avoid security vulnerabilities). Our team will do their best to ensure a successful migration.
Can I get a dedicated IP address?
Yes. Our web hosting plans come with shared IP addresses as a standard feature. However, if you wish, you can purchase the Private IP service. You can acquire your dedicated IP address during the purchase of your web hosting service or through your Customer Panel > Add-ons page for an existing account. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team, and they will assist you with the purchase and activation of your IP service.
Can I change my web hosting plan after purchase?
Yes, you can change it. You can change your web hosting plan at any time. In cases of upgrading to a higher plan, you would pay the price difference between the new plan and the one you are currently using, and the days you have already used will be taken into account. If you want to switch to a lower plan, your account's eligibility for the lower plan features (such as the number of hosted websites, disk usage, and other resources) will be checked first. If the relevant plan is suitable for your usage, the transition is made, and any excess payment is credited to your account as a balance. (Please note that the credited balance cannot be refunded in cash; it can only be applied to your account and automatically deducted from your future purchases.)
What uptime guarantee do you provide?
With NETStabil web hosting plans, we provide a 100% uptime guarantee. If you experience any downtime, for every 1 hour beyond the guaranteed uptime, 1 hour of service will be added to your account for free. This is specified in our service agreement. The relevant downtime records will be based on NETStabil system monitoring logs, and planned maintenance activities and hardware failures beyond our control are excluded from this guarantee. In such cases, you need to contact our Support department and submit a support request.
In which locations do you provide services?
Currently, we provide services on servers located in Germany at NETStabil. However, we are actively working on expanding to new locations. In the short term, we plan to open up locations, starting with Turkey and subsequently expanding to the United States and the United Kingdom.
